Vegetarian Rāmen Workshop + Japanese Rice 

Do you like Ramen? It is no exaggeration to say that it is a national dish, although its origin is Chinese! There are many recipes and more than 24,000 ramen restaurants in Japan.
The secret to the taste of ramen lies in the combination of broth, sauce and oil used.

In this workshop, in response to requests, I share my recipe for miso ramen which is 100% plant-based and contains no animal ingredients, while being satisfying and delicious.

*We can prepare I will eat (marinated semi-cooked egg for ramen) on request

Whether you are vegetarian, vegan, vegan or not, this vegetable-based Rāmen broth is beneficial for your body and mind.

  We will learn:

  1. Introduction au Who malt
  2. The recipe for fragrance oil 葱香味油
  3. The recipe for Tofu soboro Minced tofu
  4. How to do it I will eat (half-cooked egg marinated for ramen) - on demand
  5. How to prepare vegetable broth for ramen 
  6. How to prepare Japanese rice.

Menu

  • Rāmen
    Broth (Kombu seaweed, Shiitake mushroom, leek, ginger, garlic, miso, sesame oil), ramen noodles, soboro tofu, edamame, corn, seasonal vegetables

  • Nitamago (œuf mi- cuit marinated for ramen) on demand
    egg, garlic

  • Japanese rice 

  • A free Japanese dessert

      Schedule :

      Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

      Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

      Mondays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

       

      IMPORTANT :

      1. Workshops will be organized from 4 participants.

      Possibility of hosting up to 8 people per workshop.

      For the group workshop I must bring together at least 4 people in order to optimize ingredient and preparation costs. I will therefore group you into participants and contact you by email as soon as possible.

      In case of lack of participants, the workshop will be postponed to another date. Thank you for understanding.

      3. In case of cancellation:

      – up to 4 days before the workshop (before the last confirmation by email): full refund.

      – between 1 and 3 days before the workshop: 50% of the price is retained and not refunded (to cover purchases already made).

      – no refund from the same day and beyond.

       

      Customized privatized workshop:

      A private discovery workshop lasting 2 hours of workshop + 1 hour of tasting.

      For a birthday, a family meal, a bachelor or bachelorette party, or simply a moment of sharing with friends or colleagues, I offer a private workshop based on a group of 2 to 8 people maximum.

      The minimum price is 260€ then 65€/person from 5 people
