For the first 8 people registered, I will organize a homemade Sushi workshop at the restaurant Les Dilettants in Vallauris (06) at the price of €69 per person.
For the end of year celebrations, how about making homemade sushi with family or friends?
I present to you original recipes for classic makis, as well as sushi bites perfect for an aperitif and starter!
Menu
- Salada maki and Uramaki (rollers Californians reversed) nori seaweed, tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette), salmon, surimi, avocado, cucumber, salad, etc.
- Oshizushi (sushi pressé)
smoked salmon, lemon
- A free Japanese dessert
- Free green tea
Price: €69 / person
Ingredient fees + 2 hours of workshop + 1 hour of tasting on site included

– up to 4 days before the course (before the last confirmation by email): full refund
– between 1 and 3 days before the workshop: 50% of the price is retained and not refunded (to cover purchases already made).
– no refund from the same day and beyond.
