Swordfish Teriyaki

Swordfish is called "Mékajiki" in Japanese.
Rich in protein and low in fat, it is a healthy food and very popular among the Japanese.
Here I share with you my Swordfish Teriyaki recipe:

Ingredients for 4 persons

4 slices of swordfish

Sauce Teriyaki
 2 tbsp. tbsp soy sauce
 2 tbsp. teaspoons of honey
2 tbsp. teaspoons of white wine

this
flour
oil vegetable

Preparation

Salt the swordfish slices on both sides and let them drain for 10 minutes. Then wipe the surface of the slices with absorbent paper.

To prepare the Teriyaki sauce mix dIn a small container, add soy sauce, honey and white wine.

Sprinkle the swordfish slices with flour.

Heat a pan, pour a drizzle of oil and brown the prepared slices over medium heat. The cooking time will depend on the thickness of the slices, so when the surface of the slices has become well colored you can turn them, then pour in the previously prepared Teriyaki sauce.

Continue to cook them until the liquid becomes more consistent.

I serve them with rice and small green vegetables :)

Enjoy your food !
