Deliveries are ensured by Colissimo. Delivery times vary depending on the availability of the products ordered and the location of delivery.

Shiori is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes on international shipments, nor responsible for any delays associated with the import process.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return your purchase undamaged and unused within 14 days (the date indicated by the carrier is deemed authentic). The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning an undamaged item. Return costs will be deducted from the amount refunded. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. You must ensure that fragile products arrive intact; Any merchandise arriving damaged, chipped or broken cannot be refunded.
