Home Sushi Workshop

For the first 8 people registered, I will organize a homemade Sushi workshop at the restaurant Les Dilettants in Vallauris (06) at the price of €79 per person.

I present to you original recipes for classic makis, as well as sushi bites perfect for an aperitif and starter!

Menu

  • Salada Maki and Uramaki (inverted California rolls) nori seaweed, tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette), salmon, surimi, avocado, cucumber, salad, etc.

  • Oshizushi (pressed sushi)
    smoked salmon, lemon

  • A Japanese dessert offered

  • Green tea offered

Rate: €79 / person

Ingredient fees + 2 hours of workshop + 1 hour of tasting on site included

In case of lack of participants, the workshop will be postponed to another date. Thank you for understanding.

  1. This workshop will be organized from 6 registered participants. In case of lack of participants, the workshop will be postponed to another date. Thank you for understanding.

  2. Registration is carried out via the Shiori.fr website by clicking on the “add to cart” button located at the top left of this page. I will contact you by email as soon as possible.

  3. In case of cancellation,

    – up to 4 days before the course (before the last confirmation by email): full refund

    – between 1 and 3 days before the workshop:  50% of the price is retained and not refunded (to cover purchases already made).

    – no refund from the same day and beyond.
