Hinoki Charcoal Incense
Hinoki Charcoal Incense
Zen charcoal incense, made in Awaji, Japan
According to legend, Awaji was the first island in Japan to be created. The spiritual art of incense making has been cultivated in Awaji for generations.
The masters of incense, the Koh-shi, have carefully perfected their manufacturing techniques, thanks in particular to the use of precious ingredients.
This incense, handcrafted on this mystical island, purifies your mind and soul and creates a space for contemplation.
Using charcoal and essential oils of hinoki and sandalwood, this incense produces little smoke and burns for approximately 25 minutes.
Use of incense:
To restore calm to the mind, light an incense stick during a moment of relaxation, yoga practice, reading, after cooking, before and after welcoming your guests to your home...
Traditionally in Japan, we light incense 30 minutes before receiving our guests to create a good welcoming atmosphere.
