Semi-cooked tuna loin with sesame

This is a very simple recipe to make.
In 20 minutes, you will be able to enjoy yourself ;)
Ingredients: for 2 people
500g tuna loin (2 slices)
30g sesame seeds
Sauce marinade
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. tablespoon of Mirin*
1 C. tablespoon of sugar
1 clove of chopped garlic
1 C. tablespoon of sesame oil
Preparation
1. Remove the skin from the fish.
2. In a container, prepare the marinade sauce. Add the tuna slices and leave for at least 15 minutes, turning them from time to time.
3. In a deep plate, pour the sesame seeds.
Dry the tuna with absorbent paper then pass them in the sesame seeds.
4. Pour a drizzle of sesame oil into the pan.
Take the sesame-coated tuna back and forth. (Approximately 2 minutes on each side to adjust depending on thickness)
There you go, it's already ready!
Optionally enjoy with drops of Teriyaki sauce on the plate.
