It’s a truly French-Japanese recipe, which I created when I arrived in France: typically French cooking but a very Japanese taste!
This is a dish that I get asked for regularly, and I assure you that your guests will appreciate the tenderness of the pork and the appetizing smell.
Ingredients: Serves 5
800g roast pork loin
For the marinade sauce:
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp white wine
4 tbsp brown sugar
10 g of pureed ginger
• a ziploc type freezer bag
Preparation :
One day before cooking, in a ziploc type freezer bag, pour the ingredients for the sauce, and leave to marinate in the refrigerator. So you can season the meat with a little marinade sauce.
Cooking :
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Then turn the roast and cook for another 20 minutes or so, then cover with foil to prevent burning.
Leave to cook for another 10 minutes. (60 minutes in total for 800g of roast pork.)
