Raw vegetable dips with sesame & miso sauce

It's a very simple recipe, so healthy and just delicious. Even without being vegetarian you will love eating vegetables!
Here is the recipe for this magical sauce that I am constantly asked for.
For your healthy and happy aperitif!
Ingredients :
Raw vegetable vegetables of your choice: cucumber, carrot, pepper, celery, cauliflower etc.
For the sauce:
1.5 tbsp. tablespoon of sesame paste
1 C. tablespoon of miso
1 C. tablespoon of soy sauce
1 C. tablespoon of rice vinegar
2 tbsp. teaspoon of sugar
2 tbsp. teaspoon of sesame oil
Preparation :
1. Wash and cut the vegetables to the length of your choice.
2. For the sauce: in a container successively add the ingredients to the sesame paste and mix well.
You can keep this sauce for 5 days in the refrigerator.
Also note that it goes well with chicken and white fish as well.
