- During this workshop, we will prepare a complete seasonal menu using 18 winter ingredients that are easy to find in France: salmon, cauliflower, beets, pine nuts, shrimp, seaweed, winter vegetables, and more. Miso, ginger, and the delicate flavors of Japanese cuisine will gently warm and enhance each dish.
