    In Japanese tradition, meals are enjoyed as a variety of small dishes, creating balance and well-being in everyday life. This approach is considered one of the secrets behind the vitality and longevity of the Japanese people.
    Yakuzen (薬膳) is a Japanese culinary philosophy that seeks harmony between food and health by selecting ingredients that support vital energy and overall balance in the body.
    During this workshop, we will prepare a complete seasonal menu using 18 winter ingredients that are easy to find in France: salmon, cauliflower, beets, pine nuts, shrimp, seaweed, winter vegetables, and more. Miso, ginger, and the delicate flavors of Japanese cuisine will gently warm and enhance each dish.
