These are long chopsticks ideal for presentation or serving. They allow greater precision for serving food and for dressing.  

Rikyu-bashi chopsticks:

These chopsticks have the particularity of being thin at both ends and wider in their center.
They were originally invented by Sen no Rikyu during the Azuchi-Momoyama period (1573-1603) and were intended for Kaiseki, a style of Japanese cooking.
Today, these chopsticks are widely used for training.

Before storing them, please air dry them in a ventilated area. Drying in the sun will damage the chopsticks.
